Solid Wood and Wood Veneer
Applicable to: solid pine, oak, mango wood, teak, acacia, rubberwood, hardwood, and wood veneer pieces.
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain.
- Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as radiators and vents, as this can cause warping, fading, or cracking.
- Use coasters, placemats, and trivets to protect surfaces from moisture, heat, and scratches.
- Clean spills immediately with a dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and dry thoroughly afterward.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or ammonia-based products, as these can damage the finish.
- Apply a quality furniture polish or wax every few months to nourish the wood and maintain its luster.
- For teak and acacia wood, occasional treatment with teak oil or a suitable wood conditioner will help preserve the natural oils and prevent drying.
Engineered Wood and MDF
Applicable to: MDF, particle board, melamine, and manufactured wood pieces.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid excessive moisture, as engineered wood can swell or warp if water penetrates the surface.
- Use mild, non-abrasive household cleaners for tougher stains. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents.

- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can spread the stain.
- For spot cleaning, use a mild fabric cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water. Test on a hidden area first.
- Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to maintain their shape and even wear.
- Keep upholstered furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- For boucle and textured fabrics, use a soft brush to gently restore the texture after cleaning.
- Professional cleaning is recommended once a year for heavily used pieces.
Faux Leather and PU Leather
Applicable to: faux leather recliners, loveseats, and barstools.
- Wipe down regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and surface dirt.
- For spills, blot immediately and clean with a mild soap solution. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Avoid sharp objects that can scratch or puncture the surface.
- Do not use alcohol-based cleaners, acetone, or abrasive products, as these can cause the material to crack or peel.

- Wipe metal parts with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.

- For brass and gold-finish accents, use a gentle metal polish to maintain shine. Avoid abrasive pads.

Glass Surfaces

Rattan, Wicker, and Natural Fiber

- Blot spills immediately to prevent staining, especially from wine, coffee, or oil.

- Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that can dull the surface finish.
- For sintered stone, a periodic application of a stone sealant is recommended to maintain its protective properties.
